As residential landscape develops rapidly, designers have paid special attention to patterns, styles and fun which are not easy to change. Instead, some basic principles such as the relationships between ‘man and himself’, ‘man and nature’ are ignored. Integrating landscape into nature is what JTL Studio tries to do. ‘Longfor Forest’ is our new attempt, which is just like an interval in a great drama to remind you to slow down.
The CREDAWARD , China Real Estate Design Award is the first international design award in China's real estate industry. It pioneered the selection of design from the perspective of real estate, and selected outstanding projects that represent the vane of the real estate industry through the perspective of design.
In 2020's CREDAWARD , JTL 's two projects, Longfor Forest and Dongyuan Dreamland, Langyue received the important Gold Award and Honourable mention respectively.
In this year, A total of 1,616 entries from 457 organizations from 15 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Kazakhstan, etc.
